The An Ji Bridge is a classic example of an enduring one. Constructed from AD 595 to 605, it is the oldest standing bridge in China - surviving at least eight wars, ten major floods and numerous earthquakes. The support structure remains intact and the bridge is still in use.

Corporate Events

Is my company too small to host a corporate event?

No organization is too small. The current economic recovery will be (and is now being) driven largely by small and medium-sized businesses. They are the true engines of capitalism, but many need a wider audience. It is absolutely essential that entities act as a network: dealers, venture capitalists, consumers, distributors, partners, contract employees...all need an experience to join together in a common effort.

Why the "bridge"?

Building a relationship is like building a bridge. It takes time, quality, many "builders", a concise, well-understood plan and passion to construct. In fact, we are all bridge builders: you, your company (as the host), the experience providers and tes.

A key element of the tes concept is to ensure that every vendor utilized in creating your experience is, in fact, a true "bridge builder." This means working hard to give you their best cost and to provide an overall experience to meet, or exceed, your objectives:

  • resort hotels
  • excellent restaurants
  • world class golf resorts
  • air and ground transportation
  • theaters, concert halls, art galleries, museums, etc.
  • major sports events
  • motivational speakers
  • ...and any other group, individual or entity that could contribute

Fee Structure

tactical event solutions charges a separate fee, based on the customized solution finally agreed upon. Payment will be due by wire transfer as follows:

  • one third at contract signing
  • one third 14 days prior to the beginning of the event
  • one third at the conclusion of the event

tactical event solutions can do as much or as little as you need – the objective is to jointly plan an event which meets your objectives and exceeds your expectations!
